SMP contributed design expertise for the community monument, community walls and fences, theme planting zones, detailed planting plans, lifestyle wellness trails, marketing trail & customer experience, sales pavilion and model park, community center, pool and spa patio, event lawn, lighting plan, and circulation studies. Our interdisciplinary team developed a harmonious site design in an attractive and contemporary nautical theme.
