Mike Mann Principal, LEED AP
Email: mmann@smpinc.netMr. Mann has over 30 years of experience working for several firms in the Southern California area overseeing projects in residential communities, parks, commercial development and working with HOAs on community improvements and reducing their water demands by providing drought tolerant solutions. A member of the California Native Plant Society, Mr. Mann has a broad knowledge of the use of incorporating native plant material into his planting design. Other skills include the preparation of Visual Simulations and 3D graphics along with marketing and IT coordination for the firm. Mr. Mann has been with Summers/Murphy & Partners, Inc. since 2005 and obtained LEED AP certification in 2009.
