Chad Roush Project Manager

Chad’s interest in art, photography and design led to his career path in Landscape Architecture. With more than 18 years of experience practicing landscape architecture he has been involved in many projects throughout California, Nevada and abroad, ranging from high-end residential, master planned communities to mixed-used residential projects. Chad has collaborated extensively with homebuilders, running projects from design development to construction completion. Chad holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo and has been with SMP for more than 12 years.
